These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak 67 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using pak 67 you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause below.

Pak 67 is strictly for adults. Anyone under 18 years of age is prohibited from registering or using any part of the platform. We verify age during registration and may request documentation at any time.
Each player may maintain only one pak 67 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings on pak 67 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.
Every bonus at pak 67 comes with clearly stated wagering requirements. We do not bury restrictions. Bonus terms are displayed at the time of crediting and are always available in your account dashboard.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pak 67 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing pak 67 at pak67.im, creating an account, making a deposit, placing any bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use pak 67. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English (Pakistan, en-PK) and are intended for users in Pakistan. In the event of any dispute, the English language version of these Terms shall prevail.
Important: Registering an account at pak 67 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are in any doubt about any provision, please contact our support team before registering.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pak 67. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Pak 67 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active account on pak 67. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak 67 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any bonus balance. Real money deposits made to duplicate accounts may be returned at pak 67's discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update that information if it changes. Pak 67 reserves the right to verify all information provided. False or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension. Required information includes:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Pak 67 will never ask for your password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Your pak 67 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights arising from it to any third party. Pak 67 accounts may only be used by the registered account holder.
Pak 67 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected. KYC may require submission of identity documents (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframes specified will result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
Your account balance is maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak 67 does not currently offer multi-currency balances. The balance displayed in your account at all times reflects your available real-money balance and any bonus balance separately.
Pak 67 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. There are no deposit fees charged by pak 67, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Pak 67 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.
The minimum withdrawal at pak 67 is Rs 200. Pak 67 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier as follows:

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method in your name. Pak 67 may request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on your part.
Pak 67 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We may request documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending satisfactory documentation. Pak 67 cooperates fully with all relevant Pakistani law enforcement agencies in AML matters.
Pak 67 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions.
Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or collusion with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived balances. Real money balances at the time of suspension are handled at pak 67's discretion based on the severity of the abuse detected.
VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback for Gold tier and above is credited as real balance with no wagering requirement. Silver tier cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement. Monthly reload bonuses have separate wagering requirements stated at the time of crediting.
All bets placed on pak 67 are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of each bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. Pak 67 does not accept liability for bets placed in error. You must have sufficient real-money or bonus balance at the time of placing a bet; bets cannot be placed on credit.
Pak 67 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to your pak 67 balance.
For cricket matches at pak 67 — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC tournaments — the following rules apply: a match must progress to at least the minimum number of overs specified in the relevant market for bets to stand. Where a match is interrupted by weather, security, or other external factors and cannot resume within the designated postponement window, affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned. In-play bets confirmed before a material change in match status are valid and will be settled on the official result.
The pak 67 VIP Club operates five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. All registered players are enrolled at Silver tier automatically upon registration. Tier advancement is determined by cumulative loyalty points earned during each calendar month.
Loyalty points are earned on real-money wagers at the rates published on the VIP Club page. Wagers placed with bonus funds earn points at 20% of the standard rate. Points accumulated on a voided bet are reversed at the time of voiding.
VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal speed, and monthly bonuses — apply for the duration of the calendar month in which the tier is held. Tier maintenance requires meeting the minimum monthly activity threshold for each tier. A single tier downgrade (not a complete reset) applies if the maintenance threshold is not met in a given month. A player who falls from Platinum to Gold in one month can return to Platinum the following month by meeting the points threshold.
Elite tier membership is extended by personal invitation from the pak 67 VIP team and is subject to ongoing evaluation. Pak 67 reserves the right to revoke Elite tier status if activity falls below the levels for which the invitation was extended.
All VIP benefits are subject to these Terms and to the specific VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. In the event of any conflict, the terms on the VIP Club page govern VIP-specific matters.

Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly before any account action is taken. Where investigation confirms prohibited conduct, pak 67's decision is final and binding.
All content on pak 67 — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, text, data, game interfaces, live casino streams, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pak 67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any material from pak 67 in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of pak 67. You may view and print material for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The pak 67 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of pak 67. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
Pak 67 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering at pak 67, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, pak 67 collects personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with AML and KYC obligations; provide customer support; personalise your platform experience; and communicate relevant promotions (which you can opt out of at any time).
Pak 67 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required. All data is stored with encryption and is subject to our data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak 67 shall not be liable for: any loss of winnings arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform; decisions made by you in reliance on odds or information displayed on pak 67; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
Pak 67 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain availability and notify users of planned maintenance. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or payouts, pak 67 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets. Where this results in a lower payout than originally displayed, affected players will be notified.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak 67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Pak 67 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than Terms violation or fraud, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file following completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support@pak67.im.
Pak 67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of pak 67 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pak 67 and contact our support team to close your account. Real-money balances will be returned in the event of account closure due to non-acceptance of amended Terms.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint formally. To do so, submit a written complaint to support@pak67.im with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [Your Account ID]". Include a clear description of the issue, the dates involved, and the outcome you are seeking. Pak 67 will acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and pak 67 regarding the use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pak 67 relating to the platform.
